تدعوكم اللجنة الثقافية الفنية في الحزب الشيوعي اللبناني، ضمن نشاطها الثقافي الأسبوعي "نِقاشات"، و إحياءً لذكرى المخرج اللبناني جان شمعون، إلى عرض وثائقيّ له بعنوان "أرض النساء"، يليه نقاش في مقهى "مزيان"، الحمرا.
يتناول الفيلم تجربة نضال ثلاثة نساء قاومن الاحتلال لخدمة الوطن وتحقيق ذواتهن. يلي العرض حوار مع الأسيرة المحررة كفاح عفيفي، إحدى بطلات العمل، والناجية من مجزرة شاتيلا والسجينة السابقة في معتقل الخيام الذي دمّره الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بعد تحرير جنوب لبنان، محاولاً محو آثار جرائمه.

The LCP's Arts and Culture Committee cordially invites you to its weekly event, "Nekashat" (Discussions).
This week, and in commemoratio of the Lebanese director Jean Chamoun, we will be screening his documentary "Ard al Nisaa" (Land of the Women).
The movie recollects the experience of three women in armed resistance.
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the liberated prisoner Kifah Afifi, one of the main characters of the movie, and a survivor of the Shatila massacre. She was also a former prisoner of the Khiam prison which was destroyed by the Israeli occupation after withdrawing from Lebanon, in an attempt to cover up the evidence of its crimes.
